Harley Sorensen and the Fair Use Man
Most blogs woud seem to fall under the “nonprofit educational purposes” category. Still, points (3) and (4) should weigh heavily against Common Dreams’ ripping off columns. They must have better lawyers than the Hearst Corporation.
