		<description>Thanks for the insights.  As I&#039;m somewhat of a non-standard candidate (10 years out now), I feel it&#039;s important for me to test the waters this year and see how it works out.  It&#039;s helpful knowing that it&#039;s not a academic-career ending move to try now instead of waiting until next year.</description>
