Welcome, Brett Frischmann

I’m delighted to note that Brett Frischmann, who teaches law at Loyola University Chicago, has accepted my invitation to blog here from time to time. Officially, that makes Brett a Guest Blogger, but it’s an open-ended “appointment,” and I’ve added Brett’s name to the list of contributors. (That makes two of us!)

Brett teaches IP and cyberlaw and is the author, most recently, of an extraordinary piece in the Minnesota Law Review, An Economic Theory of Infrastructure and Commons Management, 89 Minn. L. Rev. 917 (2005). He and I have had a lot of great conversations about “things” of various sorts and are looking forward, someday, to playing some soccer together.

For now, though, blogging will have to do. Welcome!
