So you are absolutely correct that this overlap will continue and we are witnessing the tip of an iceburg. As far as sharing war stories, as a non-traditional student (read old) I lament the fact that the sharing of stories is the very rare exception, and I would prefer to see much more dialog all these lines. Not only does it "humanize" the process, it provides a level of connectedness that "sheer brilliance" often lacks.
