Don’t Google Genericide!

I’ve been wondering about when Google would crack down on the use of its mark as a verb, and the answer is in: now. After the realtor decision of the TTAB, I’d have thought companies would loosen up a bit. But then again, no one’s “realtoring” houses, are they?

I have been wondering the same thing. This always seems to happen whenever a company matures. It doesn’t help that they are protecting a market cap larger than GM’s.
