Speaking of access problems that leave consumers with no effective self-help, Madisonian readers earlier today were unable to access this blog — because a truck in Dallas drove into a power transformer. That led to, um, “power issues” at the facility that hosts the servers that deliver this blog, among many other, more profitable sites. But we’re back now.
