		<description>Your suggestion wouldn&#039;t keep the content provider&#039;s from increasing what they charge for content.  The root cause is that the large content providers own multiple cable channels and the cable companies are forced to negotiate pricing for the block, not for individual channels.  Thus provides the Disney&#039;s of the world with the ability to largely raise prices at will.  If a cable company drop a set of popular channels along with their less popular bundled channels, consumers will move to the other video providers in the market.</description>
