“The Soul of Creativity”

kwall I have just finished reading Bobbi Kwall’s new book, The Soul of Creativity, which sets out a plan for ways in which the United States might revisit the idea of adopting a moral rights agenda, but perhaps in a more palatable way than has been suggested in the past – with significant deference to First Amendment concerns.

The book is an interesting read and provocative in many areas Рin particular, her thoughts on the right of publicity and how that may play into a moral rights agenda.  I recommend the book to anyone interested in copyright, the right of publicity, and moral rights theory.
