“The Soul of Creativity”

kwall I have just finished reading Bobbi Kwall’s new book, The Soul of Creativity, which sets out a plan for ways in which the United States might revisit the idea of adopting a moral rights agenda, but perhaps in a more palatable way than has been suggested in the past – with significant deference to First Amendment concerns.

The book is an interesting read and provocative in many areas – in particular, her thoughts on the right of publicity and how that may play into a moral rights agenda.  I recommend the book to anyone interested in copyright, the right of publicity, and moral rights theory.
