Christine at Conglomerate wants to know the “right” scope for a law prof blog: “full-service” v. “boutique.” I’m with Eric Goldman (or maybe Eric’s with me): The two-blog model works for me, since I’ve learned that the audience for this blog doesn’t overlap — much — with the audience for this one. There aren’t any readers that I don’t want, but there are readers that I do want, and trying to cultivate an audience is tricky enough without trying to figure out who’s here for what. As an aside, I read Leiter, too, and I’m looking forward to the possibility of more analysis of hard questions.
