This weekend, I’ll be attending The 34th Research Conference on Communication, Information and Internet Policy at The National Center for Technology & Law, George Mason University School of Law. This is a fantastic forum for the exchange of ideas across disciplines–law, econ, communications, computer science, etc–with policy makers and industry. Check out the program and attend if you’re in the DC area. The papers are also available at the TPRC website. I’ll be talking about IP, Pooling Arrangements, and Constructed Environments, a project with Mike and Joe.

[...] The paper that Brett and I and Joe Miller are working on is aimed at precisely this (second economy) issue. Trackback URL: http://madisonian.net/archives/2006/09/28/lessig-on-the-economics-of-culture/trackback/ [...]
