11th Annual Richard C. Sughrue Symposium on Intellectual Property Law and Policy

The program will feature a review of recent developments in patent, trademark and copyright law by noted experts in the field. It will also include a review of the PTO’s new disciplinary rules and a panel discussion on the likely impact of the next administration on IP policy. The featured luncheon speaker will be Chief Judge Paul R. Michel, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
