Catholic University will host a panel discussion on Implementation of the America Invents Act. Panelists include: The Honorable James D. Smith, Chief Patent Judge, United States Patent and Trademark Office; Janet Gongola, Patent Reform Coordinator, United States Patent and Trademark Office; Antigone Peyton, Founder and CEO, Cloudigy Law PLLC and Joe Matal, Judiciary Committee Counsel to Senator Jon Kyl. The panel will be moderated by The Honorable Edward Damich, The United States Court of Federal Claims. A reception will follow.
