Instititutional Repository of the University of PittsburghProfessor Deborah Brake delivered opening remarks and served as moderator for both panels of a conference at Harvard Law School on Title IX and Judicial Activism on Friday, April 13.
The conference was sponsored by Harvard’s Journal of Law & Gender. The conference organizers credited Professor Brake’s writing on the relationship between Title IX and gender norms as the motivation and inspiration for holding the conference. A stenographer transcribed the conference proceedings for publication in the Harvard Journal of Law and Gender.
