Arthur Hellman on Supreme Court role in interstate boundary disputes

Supreme Court Justices “really do dig into the evidence in interstate disputes,” Professor Arthur Hellman said recently in commenting on a Special Master’s report on a dispute between New Jersey and Delaware over jurisdiction to regulate a natural gas terminal on the Delaware River. Professor Hellman was quoted in a story in the Delaware News-Journal.
