Jean Stefancic on Lawyer Satisfaction

April 27th, 2007 · No Comments

Professor Jean Stefancic was quoted in an April 23, 2007 article published in the National Law Journal on law firm succession issues. Professor Stefancic commented that the legal profession was losing its best people. She predicted that if large law firms continued to demand enormously high billable hours in work that provided little job satisfaction, the most talented and creatively diverse people would abandon the legal profession.

The article, Firms Struggle With Succession, is located on the National Law Journal web site. A subscription is required to access the site.
