What movie fan can resist responding to Dan Solove’s Law Movie Canon? (Including Breaker Morant is a brilliant stroke, by the way.) Here’s my own, perfectly idiosyncratic list. This is a rough cut, so to speak. I reserve the right to amend it.
I won’t defend or explain my choices (as Dan says, I’m an expert in what I know), except to note that my definition of “law movie” is obviously pretty elastic, even if I am serious about my choices.
