I’ve added Randy Picker’s MobBlog to the list of links at right, anticipating an online scholarly roundtable on Grokster and BrandX and whatever comes next.
In addition to real-time law prof blog punditry, it would be terrific to see the MobBlawg format applied to older cases, broader topics, and even (gasp) issues — both abstract and concrete — that would bring practitioners, scholars, and policymakers into closer (intellectual) proximity. An enterprising law journal might arrange to publish MobBlawg “proceedings,” putting the contents within reach of Open Access archives and Lexis and Westlaw.
