Joe Liu to Guest Blog

Joe Liu, who teaches at IP at Boston College Law School, will be guest-blogging starting next Monday. Joe has also blogged at Concurring Opinions, where he quickly established a reputation for thoughtful and provocative posts about the law, the universe, and everything.

I’m particularly excited to have Joe as a virtual collaborator because he and I started our academic careers together. Back in January 1997, Joe and I arrived at Harvard Law School as what have come to be known as Climenko Fellows. The Climenko name hadn’t attached yet, and our teaching responsibilities weren’t quite what the Climenko Fellows do today. Joe and I were part of a teaching team that was led by Todd Rakoff and David Herwitz, with substantial input from Virginia Wise, Frank Sander, and the late Gary Bellow.

It’s hard to believe that almost 10 years have passed since then. Welcome, Joe!
