Because you can never have too many law review articles about vampires ….

Before I officially leave my vampire literature kick, some folks may be interested in my latest attempt to consider moral rights through the perspective of some supernatural fiction authors (and not just Stephenie Meyer!).  This was a fun article looking at the extent to which some of the digital age ideas about moral rights protections could be incorporated into U.S. law and may or may not accord with authorial expectations about protection of their dignity interests in their works, not to mention the Berne Convention.  SSRN version is here and I would welcome any comments.
